In the following, we will inform you of the manner, scope and purpose for which we collect and use your personal data. You can access the information on data protection on this website at any time.
Transmission and storage of data for technical reasons and for statistical and market research purposes.
When you access our website, your Internet browser automatically transmits certain data to our server for technical reasons. This includes, for example, the date and time the page was accessed, the URL of the website you visited previously, the files accessed from our website, the amount of data sent, the type and version of your web browser, your operating system and your IP address. We store this data separately from other data that you may enter when using our website. We are therefore unable to assign this data to you personally; it is only analysed statistically and then deleted.

In most cases, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number). If a contract is concluded between you and us or if the content of such a contract is to be amended, we will collect and use your personal data. Your data will only be collected and used to the extent necessary for these purposes. We do not pass on personal data collected by us to third parties without your express consent.
Inventory data will only be passed on to authorities if we are obliged to do so in individual cases on the basis of existing laws, for example for the purposes of criminal prosecution, defence against danger or to protect copyrights.

Collection and use of usage data
We collect and use the personal data of visitors to our website to the extent necessary to enable the use of our website, to improve the user experience and to bill for services. This includes, for example, identification features of the user as well as the start, end and scope of the visit to our website.
We may create user profiles for the purposes of marketing, market research and the user-orientated design of our website, insofar as we use pseudonyms for this purpose. You may object to such use of your user data. We may not associate such user profiles with data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
Usage data will only be passed on to authorities if we are obliged to do so in individual cases on the basis of existing laws, for example for the purposes of criminal prosecution, defence against danger or to protect copyrights.

Data transfer to third parties
We only pass on the information we receive from you to third parties to the extent described below:
- Service providers: We commission other companies and individuals to fulfil tasks for us. Examples include sending letters or e-mails. These service providers only receive the information required to fulfil their tasks. In addition, they are obliged to handle the information in accordance with this privacy policy and the statutory provisions.
- Protection of rustbird greenline and third parties: We disclose personal data about users if we are legally obliged to do so or if such disclosure is necessary to enforce our general terms and conditions or other agreements or to protect our rights as well as the rights of our users and those of third parties. It is expressly clarified that in this context no data will be passed on to these companies for commercial use that is contrary to this data protection declaration
- With your consent: In all other cases, we will inform you if personal information is to be passed on to third parties and give you the opportunity to give your consent.

When passing on personal information to third parties and when passing on information to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that the information is passed on in accordance with this data protection declaration and the statutory provisions.

Security
Your personal data such as your name, your address or the details of your means of payment (with the exception of your credit card details, which are provided by the banks) on www.chalet-beskydy.cz are protected by modern security systems. The transmission of this data is encrypted and unreadable to outsiders using SSL, a security standard that is supported by all common Internet browsers. You can usually recognise the security status by a small lock in the lower status bar of your browser.
If you share your computer with others, you should make sure that you log off after each session.

You have the option of subscribing to the free newsletter. After registering for the newsletter, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your newsletter registration. This ensures that no third party has misused your data (double opt-in principle). If you no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Use of cookies
In order to improve the use of our website and make it more convenient for users, we use so-called "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer and contain information about your use of our website and the Internet. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your computer by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, it is possible that you will not be able to use our website to its full extent as a result.

Right to information of the user
As a user of our website, you may request information from us about the data we have stored about you or your pseudonym. Such information can also be provided electronically on request.

Data access by unauthorised persons
Data transmission via the Internet always involves the risk of unauthorised third parties gaining access to your data. Complete protection of your communication, for example by e-mail, cannot be guaranteed.

Sending unsolicited advertising to us
We hereby expressly object to any use of our contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of unsolicited spam mails or other advertising mail.

Facebook privacy policy
Our websites contain plugins from the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA). These plugins show, for example, the Facebook logo or the "Like" button. The following link gives you an overview of all plugins of the social network Facebook: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/ .
As soon as you visit our website, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server with the help of these plugins. This means that Facebook learns that our website has been accessed from your IP address. If you click on a Facebook button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can, for example, link your Facebook profile to our pages. However, Facebook can also recognise that you (as a user known to Facebook) have visited our pages. We expressly point out that we do not know which data is transmitted to Facebook in detail and how Facebook uses this data. If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your user account with the use of our website, you should log out of your Facebook account while you are on our website.
Facebook's privacy policy provides information on the handling of personal data on Facebook itself at: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy

Privacy policy Google Analytics
On our website we use Google Analytics, an analysis service of the US company Google Inc. ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S.A. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are small text files that are stored on your computer. These cookies are used to analyse your use of our website. The corresponding data about your user behaviour is forwarded to a Google server in the USA, where it is evaluated and stored.
If IP anonymisation is activated on this website within the member states of the European Union and the Agreement on the European Economic Area, Google will shorten your IP address for anonymisation purposes. Only in exceptional cases will there be an unabridged transmission to the USA with shortening of the IP address on a server there.
Google will use this information on behalf of the owner of this website to analyse how you use the website. Google will also use this information to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage for website operators. Google will not associate the IP address transmitted by your browser through the use of Google Analytics with any other data held by Google.
You can prevent the storage of cookies yourself by making the appropriate setting in your browser. However, in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of the website to their full extent. You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie (including your IP address) about your use of the website and the processing of this data by Google. All you need to do is download and install an additional browser plugin. You can download this plugin from the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de .

Privacy policy Google Plus
Our website contains the "+1" button of the Google Plus service. This is operated by Google Inc ("Google"), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S.A.. You can recognise the button by the "+1" symbol on a white or coloured background.
If you visit a website on our website that contains the "+1" button, a direct connection is established between your browser and Google's servers. The content of the "+1" button is sent directly from Google to your browser, which integrates it into the website you are viewing. We must point out that we have no influence on the type and scope of data collected by Google with the help of this button. According to Google, personal data is only collected when you click on the "+1" button, and only for members who are logged into Google Plus. Various personal data, including the IP address, is collected and analysed from these members.
If you press the "+1" button, e.g. to recommend a website content, Google will store the information that you have given a "+1" for this particular content. Information about the page you are on is also stored. It is possible that your +1 clicks will be published together with your profile name and your photo in other Google services, for example as part of search results, in your Google profile, or on websites and adverts on the Internet.
Google analyses data about your +1 activities in order to improve its services. To use the "+1" button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile with a profile name that is generally used in all Google services. Other users who know your email address or have other data that identifies you can identify you via your Google profile.
In addition to the above-mentioned use of the data obtained, Google may also compile and publish statistics on the "+1" activities of its users within the scope of its data protection provisions. These can be passed on to business partners such as advertising customers or website operators.
To what purpose and to what extent Google collects and analyses your data and what you can do to protect your privacy, please refer to Google's data protection information on the "+1" button at the following link:
http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html . If you are a member of the "Google Plus" service and would like to prevent Google from collecting and analysing data about your visit to our website and from merging this information with your existing Google member data, you should log out of Google Plus before using our websites.
